Carib Bar-b-que Sauce
3/4 cup Carib beer
1 cup chopped onions
8 ozs canned tomato sauce
2 tsps lime juice
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 tbsps Worcestershire sauce
2 tsps salt
1/4 tsp fresh black pepper
What tuh do?
1. Combine onions in oil
2. Sautee rapidly and add all other ingredients
3. Simmer and enjoy
