Tomato Chokha

1lb tomatoes
1 onion, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, chopped
2 tbsp oil
salt to taste
hot pepper to taste

What tuh do?
1. Roast tomatoes until soft and skin can be easily peeled off
2. Mash tomatoes into a pulp
3. Add onion and pepper and mix well
4. Heat oil in a frying pan and then sauté garlic 
5. Add tomato mixture and stir for about one minute
6. Remove from fire

Tomato chokha goes best with sadha roti.
