A blend of various fresh green leafy herbs grown in the hills of Paramin, North Trinidad.
These herbs are selected and blended to create a seasoning that's tasty and enticing. this can be used as a marinade for meats and fish and adds flavour to your cooking.

Ingredients: Spanish thyme, french thyme, celery, onions, chive, salt, food starch - modified, cilantro, garlic, red & green pimento peppers, sodium benzoate, diluted acetic acid, EDTA, FD&C blue #1 and yellow #5.
